Upon receipt of this form, we will enter the information in the Registry of Kentucky Craftspeople, a database of approximately 5,000 Craftspeople. In addition to receiving mailings from the Kentucky Crafted Program of the Kentucky Arts Council, you may receive inquiries from buyers and the public, who have sought our assistance in locating Craftspeople in particular media, as well as craft show promoters seeking exhibitors.
